We are thrilled to open enrollment for MBCT Online: A Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy Group led by Dr. Sidney Edsall.
WHO IS THE COURSE FOR?
This course is designed for a range of participants, from those who struggle with depression and/or anxiety, to those who are simply looking to be more present in their lives.
WHAT IS MBCT ONLINE?
This Mindfulness Meditation Group is a mindfulness skills-building and meditation group informed by Jon Kabat-Zinn’s Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course. As a group, participants will:
Experience the benefits of sitting with compassion and nonjudgmental awareness and focused attention to the present moment;
Facilitate new and transformative relationships with past depressive experiences; and
Become more aware of your feelings, thoughts, and body sensations in order to empower yourself in your life.
WHERE:
All classes will be taught via Zoom. Participants can take this class from any quiet space.
HOW MUCH IS THE COURSE?
